  My letter to UHaul: I got done with my truck 1 day early. The place I was supposed to take it to was closed at that time. I called Uhaul and they told me to take it to Midgard Self Storage, 4180 Charlotte Hwy
  Lake Wylie, SC 29710. Upon my arrival there were no customers and two employees working inside. No "hello" or "how are you today?", the first thing out of his mouth is, "you're not dropping that 10footer off here." I told him my situation and that I contacted Uhaul and they told me to come here because the Clover location was closed at the time. He then handed the key to a lady next to him, who was on the phone the entire time I was there, on speaker, talking about doing drugs or something in the bathroom with the manager or another employee as I took it to be, both her and the lady on the phone were using vulgar language and discussing private matters in full detail. The man working with her just seemed complacent in his surroundings. As a small business owner with two people working for me, if I came across my employee acting the way she did, I would fire her on the spot, and probably fire the other one for not reporting the behavior or having the courage to tell her shes out of line. Then before going to check the truck out he looks back at her and says "are we taking it?" she replies "its supposed to go to Clover" with a real pain in the ass look on her face. I use Uhaul to transport car parts from wholesalers and salvage lots. I do car restorations for classic cars and spend a lot of money with Uhaul. I have always had a pleasant experience in the countless times I have used your service. Because I am almost certain no action will be taken against these atrocious employees I will be contacting Budget to see about using their services in the future.
